Hello there. Can you show us the entire operator, including the arm(s) that move the window? A bird's eye view, either with the operator removed from the window or at least with the window open, would suffice. We'll do our best to help from there.

Thanks. This is an old GU Operator that is no longer made, but our 39-316 Dyad Operator may be able to replace it. See below. For a handle that works with the new operator, see the 39-114L.

It's tough to say with your old handle. it looks like the worm gear popped out with it, so you'd need to remove that from the handle if possible. If it is mean to fit an 11/32" diameter spline, then it will the old operator.

The handedness of the 39-316 is determined by what side of the gear box the handle attaches to. As you can see, it fits to the right side of the gear box, which is the same as your old setup.
