casement window part

I had a repair person replace the operating mechanism on two old casement windows using parts I got from your website. It was a real lifesaver that you identified the right operating arm and crank parts! Thank You !!!

While he was there he took a picture of another part that he wanted to replace as well. He called it a lock Bar but I'm not sure that is consistent with what you show as a lockbar in your inventory - I am including 2 pictures. The metal piece runs the length of the casement window and we measured it to be 46 inches long and about 3/8ths to a 1/2 inch wide. Do you sell anything like this?

Hello,

It looks like the closest match that we carry for the tie bar shown in your photos would be the 38-968. With that being said, I'm not sure if it would work for you since ours measures 46.9" long while yours is 46". These parts tend to be quite specific, so even less than a 1" difference could be a problem. Also, note that our tie bar uses two interlock rollers and one lock drive point. Take a look and see what you think.

We also offer the 39-265, which looks like it may be a match to the guide shown in your photos. Thank you!
