46.9" Tie Bar, 2 Interlock Roller

I need help finding the tie bar with 4 rollers. From the top of the bar, the rollers are located at 3 3/4", 20 3/8", 32 3/8", and 38 1/16". The total length of the tie bar is 39". Trying to replace some broken tie bar guides along with the 46.9" tie bar and 38-091 locking mechanism. Can't find one on your site that matches. Screw holes are 1" apart.
