casement windows

Question

would like to verify that this is your part number 38-036 for the locking latch. we are also in need of window operator that is around 13" (did not remove from window) i believe this may be 39-013.

Hi Bob. For your casement lock, take a look at our 38-036. Go over the dimensions and see if you think this is what you need. For your casement operator, I can't say for sure from these photos. We need a picture of the operator in its entirety including the link arm(s), either out of the window or at least with the window open, looking downward from a bird's eye view.
