casements window part

We have 2 story widows which we recently replaced. We have a hook pole that we used previously to open the upper casements. The new ones have folding handles. What can we get to adapt these to open with crank? Is there a place to attach a picture? Thank you, Lisa

Hello,

We may be able to offer a non-folding handle alternative but we would need to see your assembly with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. Once we can identify your operator, we'll be able to determine which handles are compatible. Thank you.

We carry the 39-336 joint with pole ring and the 39-214 pole ring. These are used on operators with an 11/32" spline gear. You'll need to measure your operator to confirm if it has the same 11/32" spline. Thanks for posting.
