Option for Series 380 channel

Question

I have the channel out but can not find any marking . it appears to be a series 380 with 15-005 shoe and 19-005 top 29" long but how do I know witch option to add for weight?? 2810 2820 2830 2840 I have no idea. please help. Thank you Russ

The best way to confirm the option is to match up your current stamp to our list. If you aren't sure, or if you don't have an option, you will need to weigh your sash. We have a chart on the S380-29 store page that shows how much weight each option supports.
