Window Balance 2130H

Quick Learner from Takasaki, Japan

Please advise me which one to choose. I found my balancer is 1/2" Wide Channel Balance. There are many variations raging from S350 to S745. I wonder which one I should choose.

Thank you

Tatsumi

I'm not sure what you have. Our 1/2" wide channel balances all differ in what nylon attachments they use. You will need to match up the style and dimensions of your nylon attachments to what we show for each Series in order to find the best match.

Thank you for the reply.

I attach pictures. I hope these help you to identify my balance type.
The marking is "2130H".

Thank you,

I'm still not sure. All I can see is the back end of your bottom shoe, and your stamp. Those details help, but they don't tell us exactly what you have. The only way to do that is to compare physical details to those balances we carry here. This includes length and both the size and style of both the top and bottom attachments.

Thank you for the response.

Could you advise me what pictures I should take, for example top/bottom attachment with measures so that you can spot what parts to order?

Best Regards,
Tatsumi

Hi Tom,

I've taken some pictures so that you can identify my Sash Balance parts(top, bottom).
Please confirm them. I guessed my parts are S380-19 and S380-22 (clips 16-002) by looking at your parts pictures on your page.

Thank you,
Tatsumi Suda

P.S: Do you sell only springs for Sash Balance? If you do, that'll do my job
completely without worring about the identification.

I'm afraid this picture does not confirm What Series you have. We have exhaustive information on our site that outlines exactly what makes up these balances that you can use as reference.

I'm afraid we do not sell balance springs alone. We also do not recommend attempting to replace just the spring. If your spring is worn out, it's better to simply replace the entire balance.
