Thanks for posting. This does indeed look like our S751-25 Ribbed Channel Balance. However, those window sash weights are pretty light compared to the weight ranges that these length balances normally cover. Can you double-check the sash weight to be safe? A bathroom scale should suffice. Make sure that your old balance's knife shoes resemble our 15-014, rather than the 15-197 or 15-233. The 15-014 is the shoe that comes attached by default to these balances, but some use those latter two shoes indeed. A picture of an undamaged shoe would be best to confirm. Finally, for the pivot bars, see if our 26-150 match up. |

Thanks for bearing with us. For the S751-25 balances that support sashes that weigh 8 pounds, you will need balances that use a stamp option of 24L, which will support a sash in the weight range of 6 through 10 pounds. This is not a stock option we carry, but we'd be happy to bring it in for you via a custom order. Similarly, for the S751-37 balances that support a sash that weighs 15 pounds, you'll need a stamp option of 36R (15 through 24 pounds). This also is not a stock item, but we can supply it for you via a custom order. I am sending you an email with two custom links enclosed for those balances mentioned above. Let me know if you have any questions prior to placing placing your order. For the S751-25 balances that support a sash that weighs 21 pounds, use balances stamped 24R. These are stock items can be put into your cart via our website. |
