Thanks for posting! Before I can offer an applicable replacement for this channel balance, I just need to know a bit more information about the bottom attachment. Please take a look at our 15-004 and 15-005 channel balance shoes, and note their depths. As you can see, they are 1-3/32" deep and 1" deep, respectively. Which one more closely matches your own bottom attachment?

Furthermore, your stamp of 25-9 does not match any of our existing options. Because of this, we will have to know the weight of your window sash. Please remove your sash from the window and place it on a scale, then let us know what you come up with.

Thanks for getting back to us! That's a heavy sash! Can you confirm that it's 40 pounds? None of our options for a 26" long balance can carry that kind of weight. Please double check and let me know!

It looks like this balance will have to be made with the new 2580 option, which can carry a window sash weight range of 39 through 42 pounds.
