Bob from SWISCO responded:

This looks like an S770-24 with a rivet in the top hole so that it uses an S-Clip to attach to the window jamb. We can custom make this for you, but we need you to give us the exact weight of the window sash so we know what stamp option to give your balances.

A distributor from Whiteland, Indiana says:
The sash is a wood frame at 17 lbs. Please let me know of the price for the customization of the balances, if any. If my customer wants to proceed, he will need 12 of these with the pin installed at the top instead of the screw block. the S770-24 is what I came up with but didn't know you could modify them.

I just sent you an email to order (12) of these Series 770 24" balances, stamped 24C, and with a rivet in the top hole. You can reuse your old s-clips if they're undamaged, otherwise see our 19-029. Let me know if you have any further questions.
