channel balance for pella #2040

How are you?
I need help buying a balance the stamp in the balance shows 2040.
I'm assuming your 20 series 390 will be a good match, but i want to be sure.
It's about 20.5 inch. long, i hope you can help me.

Hello there. We're doing well, thank you! Hope you are as well. I'm confident we can help, but pictures of the balance will be best. Specifically, we need to see pictures of the fitting or attachments at either end. Removing the balance from the window will be best for this. Also please confirm the metal channel length, not including those end attachments. We will do our best to aid you from there!

Thanks for getting back to us. That's perfect, thanks. This looks like either our S380-21 or S385-21. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement; see the diagram below for reference. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a new stamp option, go with 2040 in either case. Let me know if you have further questions!
