channel balance with an indentation

Question

I see that you have plain and ribbed, but as you'll see in the photos, I have a channel balance with an indentation at the bottom. It is like this with all of them. I have tilt windows.

I'm attaching some pictures of what I have that I hope will help this make sense.

Do you carry the types of channel balance that matches what I have pictured?

I believe we can supply a match for your balance, but it appears to be missing the fitting that was at the bottom end. It was likely a pivot shoe of some kind, but it's an essential detail and we can't move forward without it. Might you still have it on hand? If not from this part, from another balance in an identical window?

Please note that none of our balances have the same indentation at the bottom that yours shows, but they will work in the same way. That indentation is not strictly necessary.
