my cnannel balance looks the same as your 28" product code WS385-28 --- the metal channel on mine measures 25 1/2 " info stamped is 25 9 BSI RR

Hello there. I see that you mentioned that your balance is "25-1/2" with a "25 9" stamping. With that stamped number your balance should measure 26". Could we have you remeasure your balance and reconfirm that measurement? I also noticed you mentioning our S385-28 channel balance as being similar to your balance. if you would like for us to offer our recommendations, you may forward us over some detailed photos of your hardware and we will be happy to look into it for you.
