channel fell out

Question

my plygem 28d channel balance fell out of the top hole. I had to remove the window but could not reinstall the balance.  Is there any video to help out? The shoes are wide for the slot and I don't want to risk cutting.

I'm not sure what kind of balance you have. I see you were looking at our Series 795. Is this the same type of hardware you have in your window now?

If so, putting the Series 795 back in the track is very simple. Because the "T" is so wide, you just slip it in sideways. Once it's in, you twist the channel back the right way, then tilt it up to screw in at the top.
