Take a look at our S795 channel balance. Based on your 26-5 stamp, you should be able to use our S795-26 with a 26E spring strength option. I'd recommend double-checking the length of your metal channel since it should measure 26" long.

Also, it seems like you have a hook at the end of your pulley that installs in the jamb. Our S795 is meant to be screwed into place rather than using a hook. You should be able to use our 26-200 screw plug to adapt our balance to your window. Thank you!
