circa 1973 Keyed Patio Door handle

4 15/16 centered, ovearll length 7 3/8, width 1 ". Has Peach Tree doors printed on inside. Appears to match your 82-005 and 82-306. I am confused do I buy 2 pieces or piece? My home was built in 1973 and that year is on the handle interior. Handle s sticking. I have taken it apart and it seems a little better but need to get a new unit. Thank you.

I agree, the 82-005 looks like a close match. You can either re-use your old outside handle or you can use our 82-306.
