Hello, Can you help me find the parts for this coil balance mechanism? The coil is 3/4 inches wide. Thank you.

Thanks for posting! Your coil balance pivot housing can be replaced with the S161-05 Roller Tilt balance. The plastic housing attached to the top of it can be replaced with the 15-086 Tandem Coil Housing, which would use the S180-06 since it is marked with a 6.
The mounting bracket you have is the 16-030 Clear Bracket.
