coil balance replacement

To whom it may concern,
I need a two replacement coil balances for a window. Both of the coils have broken. I think one had broken at a previous time and the second one broke recently. The window is located in a bathroom so it is a much smaller size. The only markings on the coil are 64C which is shown in the photo. The one photo is the coil balance support in the window frame with the window removed and the coil removed. The last photo is the coil balance in the window frame with the window installed. The coil is 1/2" wide. I weighed the window and it is 9.7 lbs. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello there. This looks like the 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 190 Coil Balances. A coil spring stamped '640' should be replaceable with the S190-640 6 pound spring. Since two of these springs, one on each side of the sash, suggests your sash weighs 12 pounds, you might want to double-check the weight just to be safe. Let me know if you have further questions.
