coil balance replacement parts

Contractor from New Jersey
I am looking for the replacement coils for this vinyl window. The window has no labels on it but the glass panel is dated 1996. I noticed on the website that the coils themselves have markings on them. What's next.....looking for advice.

Hello,

I'm confident that we can replace your coil balance hardware but we will need to see your coil and pivot shoe removed from the window to assist you. I will associate some videos that will walk you through the removal process. Thank you!

Thank you for the attachment. I am afraid I still can't the best look at your parts, but I will try my best to ID them as accurately as I can. For your coil shoe, see if our 15-175 matches up. This can be used with the Series 152 coil spring. Since there are no stampings or markings on the balance, we will need for you to get back to us with the exact weight of your sash.

Casey,
Here is a photo of the coil and block. It has no markings at all on it.

The sash weighs 12.2 pounds. Let me know if you have all the information you need.

Great! In that case, the S152-6 coil springs should work well as a replacement. Have a look and see what you think.
