coil balance replacements

the markings are difficult to see, there appears to be 2 lines
first line 5 0 35" p
second line 2208
spring width 3/8" coil width 2 1/4" unit height 4 1/2"

We may have a good match for this coil balance. Before I recommend anything, can you first show me a picture of the pivot shoe to which these springs attach?

Thank you! That's the 15-199 shoe, clear as day. Since your spring is 3/8" thick, my recommendation to you would be our Series 165. I am very confident this will work for you, you just need to get the stamp printed on the band of the original to pick out the best Series 165 option.
