Thanks for reaching out to us. Your vent latch reminds me of the 26-122. As for the coil balance, take a look at the 15-252 which is a dual support assembly. You can also use one S160-04 4.5-pound spring and one S160-10 10-pound spring on each side of the window. This will total 14.5 pounds of support on each side of the window.
Take a look at the specifications for these parts and see if they match what you need.
It looks like Emily recommended the 15-252 based on your original post above, which does look like a match to your assembly as long as the dimensions are the same. We also offer the S160-04 4.5-pound spring and one S160-10 10-pound spring on each side of the window based onnthe 14 stamped on your original housing. Take a look nd see what you think.
