coil balance with 4085 number

Hello,
I'm looking to find the correct coil balance for my window. I've attached a picture of the coil, which shows the number 4085 on it.
Could you please help me identify and provide the right replacement parts?

Thanks for writing in. The assembly you have here appears to be an older, discontinued Simonton coil balance assembly. To replace it, we suggest using the 15-259 Coil Balance Pivot Shoe which is used with the Series 159 Coil Balance. The 15-255 Coil Single Support can be used for the cover.

Your existing pivot bar will not be compatible with this shoe, so you'll need to replace it with the 26-083.
