Your coils assembly can be replaced with the 15-111 Pivot Shoe and the 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balance. There is a video tutorial tagged below with an explanation on how to select the coils needed.

The 15-150S is used in assemblies with one coil, the 15-150D is used in assemblies with two. You can likely use the 26-241 to replace the pivot bar.

The sweep lock is similar to both the 90-274 and 90-278. Carefully review each of their dimensions to confirm to determine which of these is the correct fit for the window.
