coil balancer for Simonton window

I need help determining a replacement for the broken part shown. I've included pictures of the label on the window along with pictures of the broken coil and the coil that is still intact. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for posting. I've received your pictures, but I'm afraid they don't tell me what you need. Could you remove your sash and show me a picture of the pivot shoe? The pivot shoe acts as a sort of key, and seeing it will tell me what kind of balance system you need.

This looks like our 15-199, which is commonly used with the Series 160 coil. Each coil in the Series is marked with a stamp that tells which weight to purchase, so look for that stamp near the end of the coil tongue.
