do they fit most brands of vinyl replacement windows? M existing shoe lock is 1 1/4" x 7/8".

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your original coils and pivot shoe removed from the window to determine the best replacement option. The S140 would need to be an exact match to your original hardware for it to work for you. Thank you!

Great, you balance assembly looks like our 15-192 pivot shoe, which is used with the Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs. Take a look and please let us know if you need anything else!
