coil lock or coil balance shoes

Question

I need several coil lock or coil balance shoes. How do I find the right one for my windows?
Here is a photo of what I need.

Thanks for posting. Your exact pivot shoe is no longer made, but you can replace it with the newer style 15-177. This shoe works with the same coil springs (the Series 152). Let me know if you have further questions.
