coil spring part

Question

I could not find any numbers or information anywhere on the window.  I need to replace these parts as soon as possible.  There are two double hung windows that the part shown does not engage with the bottom of the window and stays at the bottom when the sash is raised.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like you have a 15-177 pivot shoe, which is compatible with the Series 152 coil spring. I believe these may be the parts you were looking for. Look over the details on each product's respective store page and let me know if you had any questions.
