Thanks for getting back to us. Your pivot shoe resembles the 17/32" thick 15-199 shown below. If the dimensions match up to yours, you would need either the 1/2" wide Series 160 or 3/8" wide Series 165 depending on the size of the original coil springs. There should be numbers stamped on the base of the coils that you'll use to choose the corresponding strength options.
