coil window balances

Question

model number of window is hr-25 48x80 which I assumed was 25 lbs. one coil clearly says #6.5 and I think the other one says #4.5

trying to figure out what parts I need to replace. I've got several windows with one or two broken balances but a few different size windows so trying to understand how to choose the right parts.

Hello,

This looks like our 15-199 Pivot Shoe, which uses either our 1/2" thick Series 160 springs or 3/8" thick Series 165 coil springs. Measure the thickness of your old springs to determine which you need. Thanks for posting!
