Hello. Since your parts are still installed in the window, we can't be precise on our recommendations. Starting with your pivot shoe, it seems to look similar to both our 15-175 and 15-177. Both of these shoes can be used with the Series 152 coil spring. You will need to remove all the parts from your window in order to make the necessary comparisons to our parts. Your coil spring should have some sort of stamping or marking on it. Please let us know if it does, and if it does not, get back to us with the exact weight of the sash.
