do you have any parts like this for vinyl windows, my window will not stay in the up posistion

Definitely sounds like trouble with your springs. Looks like your shoe is similar to our 15-177. Can you confirm? If so, I recommend our Series 152 coil balance. Let me know what you think, or if you have any questions!
