My bottom sash spring thing and track guide have broken. Can they be replaced?

Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs sold separately. See the videos below that show how to remove and replace a similar system, and also how to ID the spring weight replacements. Let me know if you have further questions.

Thank you for the quick reply. At the top of the sash there are plastic guides that protrude from the sash on either side, the right ones point has sheared off. Do you know if that piece in photo 2 can be replaced or is that a built in mechanism in the sash itself?

I believe you are talking about the tilt latches. Your exact kind is not available, but I suspect the 26-243A and 26-244A might work as substitutes. These look different, but so long as the dimensions match they can work for you. See what you think.
