commercial door pivot hinge

A handy person from New Mexico says:

Door does not close correctly looks like the hinge is broken off. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Does it need a pivot hinge or something more.

Hello there! I'm a little confused, as your top pivot looks like our 79-127, which is used on Arch/ Amarlite commercial doors. I believe this is the one you are looking for. The weird part is that the bottom pivot you show in your photos looks like it's from a different brand door. Take a look at the 79-127 pivot on the web site along with the related video. Compare the pivot with the one on your door.
