This is the LH from the inside looking out with GU marking, patent # 6,247,270. It looks to me like your replacement would be part# 39-316. Could you confirm this please?

Hi there!
I agree. Your old GU operator isn't made anymore but our 39-316 would be our recommendation. We even have a video that will walk you through the replacement process that you may find helpful.
