Unforutnately, we don't carry the particular coil balance setup shown in your photos. We do have a similar one in our Series 140. Review the dimensions below compared to your pivot shoe removed from the window. You'll also need to weigh your sash to determine the strength options needed for your replacement balances. If you decide to go this route, you'll also need to replace the pivot bar with something like our 26-398 or 26-405. Thanks for posting!
