constant force coil balance

i need left and right sides , there are no markings or stamps on any of the parts, the shoe is 1 1/4 wide and 1 1/2 height, the coil is 3/4 diameter and 1/2 inch wide. i will need left and right shoes 2 coils.

these are double hung vinyl windows. the window was made and installed by a company called therma-tight from port chester ny no longer in business the window is 30 inch. wide 16 inch. height. i weighed the lower window and it is approx 10 pounds

please let me know if it comes as a kit all one piece, i really do not need the white plastic parts but it comes all together that will be fine
