crank handle for caradco 916 and 39-339

I need to sell a house with caradco 916 window that needs a crank handle. Does part number 39-339 work with part number 39-114L. The window has truth hinge number 20755

Good Morning,

The 39-339 Insert Connecter is used as an extension, not to repair the operator.

Upload some photos of the part you're trying to replace so we can take a look and help you identify the hardware.

ok, I need part 39-114L with the following connector piece. (picture attached)

Sorry, but you will have to replace your complete operator; this is not something you can repair.

These gears are pressed into the operator at the manufacturing plant.

To identify the correct operator replacement, submit a few photos of your operator (with dimensions) so we can take a look.

here are pictures of the casement windows I am trying to fix. I need a right and left operating units. I did not get dimensions but can get them on Saturday.

Thanks for getting back to use with your images.

The operator appears to be the Swisco 39-155 Caradco Window Crank, and the corresponding cover, if you need one, would be the 39-107 Operator Cover.

As for the handles, it looks like you have the older style. We currently carry the newer contour, the 39-114L Long Crank Handle, or folding version, SWISCO product code 39-205
