crank handle replacement

Hi, am looking to replace the broken casing(and probably handle) on my casement window. I think it is a Milgard window and am attaching pics of it and its sticker. Any assustance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, William

Can we see the arms that push the window open and closed? That'll really be the biggest factor in deciding what operator can work in your window.
