Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid this information doesn't help us identify your hardware. In order to help, we'd like to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible. We can narrow down your options from there.
Unfortunately, without photos we have no reference with which to make a recommendation. There are many, many operators that resemble the 39-318 with very slight differences in design that nevertheless render them incompatible with one another. In addition to that, the code 31850 is related to several different products, according to my records.
All that is to say that we cannot proceed without photos. There are still too many possibilities. Please let me know if that's something you can give us, and we can work from there. Note that we have to see the operator in its entirety, unobscured and undamaged.
