The part shown in your photo resembles the 15-104 friction shoe shown below. Please note that, unfortunately, we do not carry replacements jamb liners or springs for these types of windows. If you need to replace all of the side hardware for a wood window, your best bet would be to reach out to a local millwork for assistance. Thanks for posting!
