I need to replace the rear door glide on my Hooker night stand.

I'm looking to replace this plastic piece. It holds on the face board of the cabinet. I don't know the brand of the cabinets but my guess is Kraft Maid.

Do you know were I can find this, it's a holder for a roll out track in my cabinet I tried to glue it and it did not last long so looking to replace it ... Sorry this is the best I can do it appears to be glued and haven't tried to remove it yet until I can hopefully find it. Thank you! ... (cont.)

Can you identify this drawer track back plate? I purchased item 32-089 which is very similar, but it's larger. I've included a side by side photo with 32-089. 32-089 is the larger one in the photo. We had the plastic side spacers break on our Brookhaven roll out draw. I need to replace two. The item is 1.25 tall from the base. The bottom is two inches long (including the mounting holes) and the square part is .75".

These hinges are cracked and I need replacements. The number on the hinge is 674 305 5300...I prefer the exact model but if its not available, please let me know if you have something compatible that would work, I'd be fine with that as well. Any help is appreciated.
