I'm looking for a Merillat plastic drawer slide. The cabinets are old, mid 1980s

Hi I have this hinge that broke. both sides of the door have the countersunk holes that look like they might be 35mm

Do you have recommendations for the kitchen drawer slide holder.

Picture attached of cabinet make and numbers for parts. Current hinge fails to close - I assume spring is broken (?).
