I'm wanting to replace my kitchen cabinet hinges with a soft close hinge.

Looking for a customer of mine. As markings and name are hard to find or even read.

please confirm the correct hinge. We are replacing 2

The rail it rides on is 1-1/4 wide.

I have Shrock drawers that were purchased some years ago. Recently one of the stops (?) failed and I am wondering if you have replacement parts available? Photos of the hardware are attached. We have underdrawer mount slides.
