30 year old Merrilat drawer back of cabinet socket that we found out had 2 dowels inserted in the cabinet. One of the slide spacers snapped on our Brookhaven side slide drawers and I'd like to replace it but none of the measurements align to what I've seen available. It's 2 inches long, 1 1/4 deep and 3/4 wide. Pictures attached. Any help finding the correct replacement is appreciated. ... (cont.)

Markings: made in Germany; looks like 96.289.91; 674.229 and 65.35 Hole is about 1-3/8 in and about 1/4 inch from edge
