Looking for a replacement hinge

Hinge markings: HAFELE, BFHO Hinges are on a kitchen corner cabinet with a lazy Susan. They are the hinges which attach the door to the cabinet. I'm unsure of their age but my realtor guesses about 15 years.

Trying to replace Blum hinges where the bracket is mounted to the face of the cabinet. Would this product be a suitable replacement? Appreciate your time and expertise!

Left side of bracket that holds track for kitchen cabinet draw it broke now I am trying to replace it

I have searched with no luck. Florida home built in the late 70s. Original drawers throughout the kitchen and bathrooms all have same sliders. I added a picture of the slider beginning in hopes that this might help.

Cabinet is under sink which is located in corner of room. Hinge broke and needs to be replaced. Unclear type needed. One side has 2AMC stamped on it. Other side says 2P7.

this plastic piece is about 25 years old. I do not know the brand since no identification on parts on the three pieces that make up the glide. this piece as shown, is mounted on the rear section of the glide. I am looking for replacements for broken cabinet pull out hardware from 90's Woodmode frameless cabinet. The plastic strip is 22.5 "L x 3/4W x 1/4 D. The holes are 1.5 " apart.
