Says mepla from Germany. Corner base cabinet.

Looking for Ferrari Hinge for kitchen Cabinet.Number on hinge says BX710M. Cabinets were put in about 2008. I know companies update hinges and maybe there is a new number for the Ferrari hinge. Kitchen drawer part is broken and cracked. It sits at the back of the drawer and has a top rail it slides on.

As seen in pictures maily need the end piece that holds the rails in olace if possible or if part of a kit. Probably could use half a dozen if could get. Please advise part number and or how to order. Thank you very much
