We have three awning windows in a rental of ours and the metal arms that scissor out when cranked have gotten rusty and broke. So we need new ones. I ordered the 89-030 multi-point striker but this will not allow the door to close flush enough. There was never a striker plate installed when the door was installed. Hoping you can help me order the correct part. Thank you.
