Hi, My brother just bought a house and several windows don't stay up. It looks like the coil is still ok but not connected to the shoe for these windows. Can you tell me how to reconnect them, and if not possible what needs replaced? Thank you! MIchelle

Hi All! I need help identifying this truth arm operator as it doesn't work anymore. The splined shaft (?) came out. When I turn the crank handle to the right, it just spins without doing anything. The link arm shows 20810. The other arm shows 30470 LH on the underside. Is this product code 39-031? w ... (cont.)

I think I need part 82-080. But I'd rather show you the broken part before I order. The screw hole gap is 4 15/16”. And the lock mechanism appears to be the same size.

I need to replace this box string support. Can't figure out which number on the box to replace it.

it's a channel window balancer 2210 is stamped on the side, it's 23" long with creame clolored plastic attachments on each end. There's a spring with pully and rope on the inside of it.

There are 4 of the clips for each screen only the outside windows have a screen the total width of all three sindows is 69 1/2 and the height is 65" Each indvidual window is a little of 23" wide.

It's a 28 inch wide window and I need a new operator. On the arms it says Entryguard by Truth and the number 20755. The crank arm has 45054 on it.
