Jeld-Wen 40987slider broke, if I can just get sliders that would be sufficient Otherwise it is a 13" slider, 7" arm.

Hi, I have 13+ year old cabinets with these door hinges. (I bought the house 13 years ago with the cabinets and hinges in place.) The only numbers I can make out on this are either 1600 17 or 11600 17. I can't tell if it starts out with 1600 or 11600

Not sure what parts to buy. Can you help identify?

Which is the correct replacement

ordered replacement balances for a window but realized a peiece on the window shash also broke when the old balance failed. Does Swisco carry these? The balances I purchased were 33" Series 385 Channel Balance S385-33 Option: 3240 Order: 3411796
