Additional information. Two windows need new ballast. 1 weighs 11.5 lbs. the other is 15lbs. Both metal ballasts are 21" tall. I need new plastic pieces that attach the basalts to the windows. Thank you, That balance picture was from the heavier window. Thanks.

The only number on the assembly is the coil spring. Number 407. i have eight windows with all the same assemblies and i have anout 1/2 of the coil assemblies broken. Looking for replacement assemblies or at least the white plastic piece.

Those are pictures of the pivot shoe where the coil attaches into the back slot. Which pivot shoe do I need to order. I don't know of the 15-259 will work since it doesn't attach to the back. Help
