No names numbers or markings but the second picture shows the diagram off one I bought at home depot. It fits fairly snug so the demnsions are right or close enough to right but the tab extends out to one side so it doesn't line up in the window gap to lock it. IWC isn't in business any more. This window is about 33 years old.The dimensions are length 3 3/4" long, 3/4' wide, 2 5/8' inbetween screw holes.The frame is white but I would accept any color.Do you have something that would fit this window?Elaine
